Bookings and Quotes

Rates quoted are flat starting rates and are confirmed as a final flat rate before your ride, based on the route, date, vehicle and hours. Illinois taxes and gratuity are added at booking. A reservation is confirmed when we send you your booking details. We track arriving flights and adjust pickup times accordingly.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination details, passenger counts and flight information. Additional stops or hours beyond those booked are billed at the applicable rate.

Cancellations and Changes

Cancellation and change terms depend on the service and vehicle and are provided at the time of booking. Occasion vehicles such as the stretch limousine and Sprinter van, and peak dates such as prom, wedding and convention periods, may carry specific terms. Please contact dispatch as early as possible to change or cancel a reservation.

If we must cancel a reservation due to conditions that make travel genuinely unsafe, such as a closed interstate, we will notify you and release the booking without charge rather than operate unsafely.

Conduct and Safety

Passengers must comply with the chauffeur's reasonable safety instructions and with Illinois law, including open-container and seatbelt requirements. Alcohol consumption is permitted only in vehicles configured for it and only by passengers of legal drinking age. Prom bookings carry a strict no-alcohol policy enforced by the chauffeur.

We reserve the right to end a booking without refund if passenger conduct endangers the chauffeur, other passengers or the vehicle, or violates law or these terms.

Liability

We provide ground transportation as a licensed, insured Illinois commercial carrier. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking. We are not liable for delays caused by conditions beyond our reasonable control, such as weather, traffic, road closures or flight changes, though we make every effort to plan around them.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
