Night Out Chauffeur Service in Chicago

The car is outside when you walk out. No garage on Wabash at midnight, no argument about who drives, no surge multiplier when the Bulls let out.

Night out chauffeur service in Chicago solves three problems at once: parking, drinking and waiting. Your chauffeur drops you at the door of Alinea or Girl and the Goat, waits nearby, collects you when you stand up, and does the same at the second venue and the third.

Chicago is a city that punishes the driver. Randolph Street has no parking on a Friday. The garage on Wabash is a thirty-dollar hostage negotiation. Rideshare multipliers on Rush Street at closing time are exactly what you would expect. An hourly chauffeur is priced once, and then the evening is simply the evening.

How the Evening Runs

What a Chicago Night Out Booking Includes

Hourly service, unlimited stops, one chauffeur, and no clock you have to look at.

Unlimited Stops

Dinner, a show, a nightcap, a friend's place in Bucktown. Mileage within Chicagoland is included, so the fourth stop costs nothing extra.

A Designated Chauffeur

Nobody is nominated. Nobody is watching their glass. Nobody drives home. This is the entire reason the format exists.

The Car Waits

Your chauffeur stages nearby and is reachable by text. Dinner runs an hour long and the only consequence is a longer dinner.

No Surge at Closing Time

Your hourly rate was set at booking. It does not change because the United Center emptied or because it is raining on Hubbard Street.

The Group Stays Together

One vehicle, one arrival, one departure. Nobody waits outside a restaurant for a second car that is eleven minutes away.

A Comfortable Cabin

Bottled water, phone charging, climate you control, and a cabin that is warm in February and cool in July.

How It Works

Booking a Chicago Evening

Give us a start time and a rough plan. The rest is flexible.

Pick the Hours

A pickup address, a start time, and how long you think the night runs. Guessing low is fine. Extending is easy.

Pick the Vehicle

Escalade for up to six. Yukon XL when there are seven. Sprinter for a group of fourteen. Stretch limousine when it is a celebration.

Sketch the Night

Restaurant, venue, second bar. Your chauffeur pre-plans the routing and the staging. You can change every part of it from the back seat.

Get Home

Every passenger is returned to their own address at the end of the night. One flat hourly charge, one receipt, no negotiation.

Chicago After Dark

Randolph, Rush, River North and the Argument You Do Not Have

Chicago's dining and nightlife map is compact and completely unparkable. Randolph Street in the West Loop, Rush and Division in the Gold Coast, Hubbard and Clark in River North, Lincoln Park up Halsted. Every one of them is a fifteen-minute walk from the nearest garage that has space.

An hourly chauffeur removes the entire problem. Drop at the door. The car stages three blocks away. Text when you stand up. It is outside before your coats are on.

It also removes the other problem, which is that somebody in your group has to stay sober and pretend not to mind. A chauffeur is cheaper than the resentment, and considerably cheaper than a DUI.

  • Door-to-door drops on Randolph, Rush, Hubbard, Halsted and Clark
  • A designated chauffeur for the entire group, all evening
  • Late-night availability with no closing-time surge pricing
  • Each passenger returned to their own address at the end of the night

Where Chicago Goes Out

The Evenings We Are Booked For Most

Every one of these is a parking problem we have already solved.

West Loop Dining

Randolph Street from Halsted to Morgan. Girl and the Goat, Au Cheval, Monteverde. There is no parking. There has never been parking.

Gold Coast and Rush Street

Gibsons, Tavern on Rush, the Viagra Triangle. Valet lines at 8 PM run twenty minutes each way and cost more than an hour of chauffeur.

Loop Theatre District

The Chicago Theatre, the Auditorium, the Cadillac Palace and Symphony Center. Two thousand people leave at once, all wanting the same car.

Wrigleyville

Cubs night games empty Clark and Addison into a neighborhood built in 1914. A chauffeur collects you a block off the main artery.

United Center and Soldier Field

Bulls, Blackhawks, Bears and stadium concerts. Postgame Madison Street is a parking lot. We stage where it is not.

Grant Park and Lollapalooza

Lollapalooza takes Grant Park from July 30 through August 2, 2026. Columbus Drive closes. We know the drop points that still work.

Why Chicago Books Us

Why Book a Chauffeur for a Chicago Night

Six reasons the math works out better than it looks.

Cheaper Than It Sounds

Four hours in an Escalade starts at $95 an hour, split across six people. Add up two garages, four rideshares and a surge multiplier and compare.

Nobody Drives

No designated driver, no half-drunk arithmetic at 11 PM, no DUI risk. This is the single largest reason people book an evening chauffeur.

No Waiting at Any Point

Not at the restaurant, not at the theatre, not at the stadium gate. The car is outside within minutes of you standing up.

Local Routing

Lower Wacker, the LaSalle tunnel, which streets are closed for a festival this weekend. Your chauffeur knows before the app does.

Licensed and Insured

Illinois-licensed commercial ground transportation with real liability coverage, not a personal policy with an endorsement attached.

One Vehicle, One Group

Fourteen people in a Sprinter arrive together and leave together. No half the party stranded on a corner in the rain.

Common Questions

Chicago Night Out Chauffeur FAQs

Everything people ask before hiring a chauffeur for an evening.

How much does a chauffeur cost for a night out in Chicago?

A night out chauffeur in Chicago starts at $90 per hour in a Ford Expedition, $92 in a GMC Yukon XL and $95 in a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator. A fourteen-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and a Lincoln stretch limousine both start at $140 per hour. Evening bookings carry an hourly minimum, longer on Friday and Saturday nights. Split across a full vehicle, four hours works out to less per person than most people spend on parking, valet and two surge-priced rideshares.

Can we make as many stops as we want?

Yes. Hourly as-directed service prices the chauffeur and the vehicle, not the route, and mileage inside the Chicagoland area is included. Dinner in the West Loop, a show in the Loop, a bar in River North and a friend's place in Bucktown is one booking with no per-stop charge. Change the plan from the back seat and the night reroutes. The only thing that costs more is time, billed at the same hourly rate if you run past your booked hours.

Is a chauffeur cheaper than parking and rideshares?

Frequently, once there are four or more of you and the evening has more than two stops. A downtown garage runs thirty to fifty dollars, valet at a Rush Street restaurant is comparable, and rideshare surge on a Friday at closing time or after a United Center event routinely multiplies the base fare. Four hours in an Escalade at $95 an hour, divided by six passengers, is often the cheapest line on the evening. It is certainly the only one that includes a designated driver.

Will you take us to a Cubs, Bears, Bulls or Blackhawks game?

Yes, and game days are the clearest case for an hourly chauffeur. We drop you at the gate at Wrigley, Guaranteed Rate Field, Soldier Field or the United Center, stage the vehicle away from the postgame crush, and collect you at the same gate. While the stadium empties onto the expressway, we are usually already moving. Rideshare surge after a Chicago sporting event is severe and entirely predictable. Our hourly rate was locked when you booked.

Do you drop everyone at their own address at the end?

Yes, as long as the addresses are within the Chicagoland area and you have booked enough hours to cover the route. Because mileage inside the metro is included, a return loop through Lincoln Park, Logan Square and Oak Park costs nothing beyond the time it takes. Tell the chauffeur the drop order and they will build the most efficient route. Nobody in your group ends the night arranging their own ride from a corner.

Can we drink in the vehicle?

Passengers of legal drinking age may bring their own beverages in the Lincoln stretch limousine and the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter, both of which are configured for it. We do not sell or supply alcohol. Illinois law prohibits open containers in the passenger area of an SUV, so the Escalade, Navigator, Yukon and Expedition are dry vehicles. Under no circumstances may anyone under twenty-one consume alcohol in any vehicle, and the chauffeur will end the booking if that happens.

How late do you run?

All night, every night. Dispatch is staffed twenty-four hours and evening bookings routinely run until two or three in the morning. There is no late-night supplement, no closing-time surcharge and no surge multiplier at the hour when you most need the vehicle. If your night runs longer than the hours you booked, tell your chauffeur and the additional time is billed at the same hourly rate in defined increments.

How far ahead should we book an evening?

A week is comfortable for a Friday or Saturday, and a day or two is usually fine midweek. The dates to book early are the ones where all of Chicago wants a car at once: New Year's Eve, St. Patrick's Day, the Saturday of Lollapalooza weekend from July 30 through August 2, home football Sundays, and the evening of the Chicago Marathon. Our rates do not change on any of them, but the Sprinter and the stretch limousine will be gone.

Hiring a Chauffeur for a Chicago Evening

The Real Cost of Driving Yourself Downtown

Add it up honestly. A downtown garage on a Friday runs thirty to fifty dollars, more near the United Center or during a convention. Valet at a Rush Street or Randolph Street restaurant is comparable, plus the tip and the twenty minutes at each end. If you drink at all, the evening ends with either a rideshare home and a car retrieved tomorrow, or a decision nobody should be making at 11 PM.

Four hours of hourly chauffeur service in a Cadillac Escalade starts at $95 an hour. Across six passengers, that is under $65 each for the whole evening, including the door-to-door drops, the waiting, the return trip and the fact that no one in the group has to be the sober one.

Why Chicago Nightlife Rewards a Waiting Car

Chicago's best restaurants and venues cluster in exactly the neighborhoods with the least parking. Randolph Street in the West Loop, Hubbard and Clark in River North, Rush and Division in the Gold Coast, Halsted through Lincoln Park. All walkable from each other in principle, all unpleasant to walk between in February or in heels.

An hourly chauffeur turns a scattered evening into a single continuous one. Door to door, three venues, no coats on and off, no fifteen-minute walk back to a garage. The chauffeur stages nearby, is reachable by text, and pulls up as you are standing. On a Chicago winter night, that alone is the whole argument.

Game Days, Concerts and the Postgame Problem

Everything about a Chicago event ending is bad for ground transportation. Twenty thousand people leave the United Center at once, all opening the same app, all wanting to reach the same Madison Street. Wrigley empties into a residential grid designed in 1914. Soldier Field empties onto Lake Shore Drive.

Rideshare surge pricing exists precisely for these moments and it is not modest. A chauffeur booked hourly is unaffected: the rate was locked, the vehicle is staged a few blocks from the crush, and your chauffeur has already chosen the exit route. You are usually on the expressway before the surge multiplier has finished loading on somebody else's phone.

Chicago Nights to Book Well in Advance

New Year's Eve is the single most compressed night of the year in this industry, and it books months out. St. Patrick's Day, when the river is dyed green and the parade closes Columbus Drive, is not far behind. Home football Sundays at Soldier Field, the Saturday of Lollapalooza weekend from July 30 through August 2 in Grant Park, and the evening of the Bank of America Chicago Marathon in October all sell out the group vehicles.

Our hourly rates do not increase on any of those dates. That is a deliberate policy and it is unusual in Chicago. What does happen is that the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and the Lincoln stretch limousine, the two vehicles a group actually wants, disappear from the calendar first.
