Cadillac Escalade
The default choice for Chicago executive travel. Commanding presence, a cabin quiet enough for a call on the Kennedy, and enough room for six with luggage.

Milwaukee · Notre Dame · Lake Geneva
Flat-rate chauffeured travel out of Chicago to Wisconsin, Michigan and Indiana. Door to door, one price, and a vehicle you can actually work or sleep in.
Long distance chauffeur service from Chicago is the quiet alternative to a regional flight. Ninety miles to Milwaukee, ninety-five to South Bend and Notre Dame, eighty to Lake Geneva. Door to door, no security line, no gate, no rental counter, and a flat rate agreed before you leave.
For anything under about two hundred miles, a chauffeured SUV usually beats flying once you count the drive to O'Hare, the wait, the flight, the rental car and the drive at the other end. It also beats it on what you can do with the time, because the back of a Navigator on I-94 is a better office than seat 14C.
How Long Distance Works
One price, door to door, with the things that matter already inside it.
Illinois and Wisconsin tollway charges, Indiana Toll Road fees and fuel are all inside the quoted number. Nothing is added at the destination.
Phone charging, controlled rear climate, a flat surface and enough acoustic isolation to hold a two-hour call between Chicago and Milwaukee.
There is no schedule. A 4:30 AM departure to South Bend for a 9 AM meeting is a normal booking, not an exception.
Seven in a Yukon XL, fourteen in a Sprinter. One vehicle, one arrival, no convoy and no rental counter.
We will hold the vehicle and chauffeur at the destination for the day, or return the following morning. Both are quoted flat.
Illinois-licensed commercial ground transportation with the authority and insurance to cross state lines. This is not a rideshare's business model.
How It Works
Give us both ends and the timing. We quote the whole thing flat.
Origin address, destination address, date and departure time. Passenger count and how much luggage there is.
We quote a flat door-to-door rate including tolls and fuel. Round trip, waiting time and overnight standby priced at the same time.
Escalade or Navigator for comfort, Yukon XL or Expedition for luggage, Sprinter when there are more than seven of you.
Depart when you choose. Work, call or sleep. Arrive at the address, not at an airport thirty miles from it.
Chicago · Gateway to the MidwestThe Two Hundred Mile Rule
Chicago to Milwaukee is ninety-two miles. Driving it takes about ninety minutes. Flying it means an hour to O'Hare, ninety minutes before departure, a forty-minute flight, and a car at the other end. The chauffeured SUV arrives first and drops you at the address rather than at Mitchell Field.
The same arithmetic holds for South Bend and Notre Dame at ninety-five miles, Lake Geneva at eighty, New Buffalo at seventy-two and Rockford at eighty-eight. Indianapolis at a hundred and eighty-three is the outer edge, and even there the car often wins on a same-day round trip.
What tips it further is the time. Three hours in the back of a Lincoln Navigator with charging, quiet and a flat surface is three hours of work. Three hours through O'Hare is three hours of not working.
The Fleet
Legroom, cargo depth, quiet cabins, and a chauffeur who has driven the route before.

The default choice for Chicago executive travel. Commanding presence, a cabin quiet enough for a call on the Kennedy, and enough room for six with luggage.

Understated and lounge-smooth. Reclining second-row captain's chairs make it the quiet favorite for long Loop-to-suburb runs.

Extended wheelbase, real third-row legroom and the deepest cargo hold in the SUV tier. Built for airport runs where nobody holds a bag on their lap.

The value pick. Same seven seats, same chauffeur, same flat rate, a little less badge. Popular with families flying out of Midway.

Stand-up cabin, executive seating and luggage racks. One vehicle instead of three for board offsites, wedding parties and convention groups.

The occasion car. Wraparound leather, fiber-optic lighting and a bar console for weddings, prom and Chicago nights that deserve an entrance.
Starting prices in USD before taxes and gratuity. Your final flat rate depends on route, date, hours and vehicle. Each vehicle is shown with and without a professional chauffeur.

Why Chicago Books Us
Six reasons Chicago's long distance travelers stop renting cars.
A quiet cabin, charging, controlled climate and a flat surface. The Navigator on I-94 is a better office than any regional flight.
Tolls, fuel, the route and the chauffeur are all inside the quote. There is no per-mile meter and there is no surge.
A 4:30 AM departure to South Bend is a normal booking. There is no schedule to conform to and no first flight to miss.
Seven in a Yukon XL or fourteen in a Sprinter. One vehicle, one arrival, and no convoy of rental cars finding the same parking lot.
I-94 in a February whiteout is not a road you should be learning. Our chauffeurs drive it professionally, in winter-equipped vehicles.
Interstate commercial authority and commercial liability insurance. Crossing a state line is a licensing question, and we have answered it.
Common Questions
Questions about chauffeured travel out of Chicago into Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan.
Long distance flat rates from Chicago start at $189 to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin and New Buffalo, Michigan, $199 to Milwaukee and to South Bend and Notre Dame, Indiana, and $299 to Indianapolis. Rates are one way, door to door, and include all Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana tollway charges plus fuel. Illinois taxes and gratuity are added at booking. Round trips, day-long waiting at the destination and overnight standby are quoted separately at the time you reserve.
For Milwaukee, the car is almost always the better instrument. It is ninety-two miles and about ninety minutes door to door. Flying means an hour to O'Hare, ninety minutes before departure, a short flight, and then a rental car or another ride at the other end, which routinely totals four hours and costs more once the rental is counted. Below roughly two hundred miles, a chauffeured SUV wins on total time, total cost and what you can do with the hours.
Yes. We hold the commercial authority and commercial liability insurance required to carry passengers across state lines, which is a genuine licensing question and not a formality. We run regularly into Wisconsin for Milwaukee, Madison and Lake Geneva, into Indiana for Gary, South Bend, Notre Dame and Indianapolis, and into Michigan for New Buffalo and the Harbor Country lakeshore. Anything farther is quoted individually, including multi-day trips with overnight chauffeur accommodation.
Yes. Same-day round trips with waiting are common, particularly for Milwaukee, Notre Dame and Indianapolis business travel. We quote the outbound leg, the waiting time and the return as a single flat number before you depart. If the day runs long the chauffeur simply waits, because that time is already priced. For overnight trips we quote either a return the following morning or overnight standby with the vehicle and chauffeur held at the destination.
The vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel, every tollway charge on the route including the Illinois Tollway, the Wisconsin system and the Indiana Toll Road, luggage handling, bottled water and the route selection itself. Illinois taxes and gratuity are added and shown to you before you confirm. There is no per-mile charge, no fuel surcharge, no out-of-state supplement and no deadhead fee for the vehicle returning empty. The number you accept is the number you pay.
For one to four passengers who intend to work, the Lincoln Navigator has the quietest cabin and reclining second-row captain's chairs. The Cadillac Escalade is the choice when arrival presence matters. With real luggage, or a genuine seventh passenger, the GMC Yukon XL has the deepest cargo hold and the most third-row legroom. Above seven passengers the fourteen-seat Mercedes-Benz Sprinter replaces two SUVs, has a stand-up cabin and carries luggage on racks rather than laps.
Yes, and it is one of our most requested routes. South Bend is about ninety-five miles from Chicago on the Indiana Toll Road, roughly two hours in normal conditions and considerably longer on a game Saturday, which we build into the departure time. Flat rates start at $199 one way. Game-day round trips with waiting, move-in weekends, parents weekend and graduation are all quoted flat at booking. Reserve football Saturdays well in advance; they compress the entire regional fleet.
We drive it, professionally, in winter-equipped vehicles, with chauffeurs who have done it for years, and the rate does not change. If conditions become genuinely unsafe or the interstate is closed by the state police, we will tell you before departure and release the reservation with no charge rather than put a vehicle on a road it should not be on. What we will not do is reprice a storm, and we will not have you learning I-94 in a whiteout in a rental car.
There is a rough distance below which ground transportation beats a regional flight on every axis that matters, and in the Midwest it sits somewhere around two hundred miles. Chicago to Milwaukee is ninety-two. To South Bend and Notre Dame, ninety-five. To Lake Geneva, eighty. To New Buffalo, seventy-two. To Rockford, eighty-eight. Every one of those is comfortably inside the threshold.
Flying any of them means an hour to O'Hare, ninety minutes at the airport, a short flight, and then ground transportation again at the far end. The chauffeured SUV leaves from your door at the hour you choose, arrives at the address you actually want, and gives you the entire journey back as usable time.
The quoted number includes the vehicle, the chauffeur, fuel and every toll on the route. That last point matters more than people expect: the Illinois Tollway, the Wisconsin system and the Indiana Toll Road together can add a meaningful amount to a Milwaukee or South Bend run, and some operators bill them afterward.
It also includes the empty return leg. A vehicle that drops you in Indianapolis has to come home, and that cost is priced into the flat rate rather than appearing as a deadhead charge. If a quote looks unusually low for a long route, ask specifically about tolls, fuel surcharges and deadhead. Ours contains none of them.
The practical case for a chauffeur on a long Midwestern run is what happens in the back seat. The Lincoln Navigator has reclining second-row captain's chairs and the quietest cabin in the fleet, which makes it the standing choice for anyone planning to hold calls between Chicago and Milwaukee. The Cadillac Escalade is nearly as quiet and arrives with more presence.
For a 4:30 AM departure to a 9 AM meeting in South Bend, most clients sleep. For a same-day Indianapolis round trip, most clients work outbound and sleep home. Either way, you arrive having done something with the three hours, which is not a claim any regional flight can make.
Certain long distance dates compress the entire Chicagoland fleet. Notre Dame home football Saturdays in the autumn take vehicles out of circulation for the whole day. Move-in weekend and graduation at Notre Dame, Northwestern, Purdue and the University of Illinois do the same. Summerfest in Milwaukee across late June and early July, and the Indianapolis 500 in late May, both pull vehicles out of Chicago.
None of these change our rates. All of them change availability, and long distance runs remove a vehicle and a chauffeur from the local board for six to twelve hours at a time. Book these dates as far ahead as you can, and tell us at booking whether you need the vehicle to wait or to return.
