Long-distance flat rates also include all interstate tolls and the empty return leg. There is no fuel surcharge, no per-mile meter and no deadhead fee. Illinois taxes and gratuity are the only additions, and both are shown before you confirm.
Hourly as-directed service is billed by the hour with a booking minimum, longer on Friday and Saturday nights and during peak season. Mileage inside the Chicagoland area is included, so extra stops within the metro cost nothing beyond the time. If your booking runs past the reserved hours, additional time is billed at the same hourly rate in defined increments, with no penalty rate.
Yes. Airport and point-to-point transfers are flat rates based on distance, so a suburb farther from the airport costs more than one close to it. Each service area page lists that suburb's specific flat rates to all four airports and downtown. Hourly rates are the same region-wide, with Chicagoland mileage included.
