Cadillac Escalade
The default choice for Chicago executive travel. Commanding presence, a cabin quiet enough for a call on the Kennedy, and enough room for six with luggage.

ORD · MDW · PWK · DPA
Flat-rate transfers to every Chicago-area airport, with live flight tracking, meet and greet inside baggage claim, and a chauffeur who is already curbside when you land.
Airport chauffeur service in Chicago should feel like the easiest part of the trip, and that is exactly how we build it. Every O'Hare, Midway, Chicago Executive and DuPage transfer is quoted as a flat rate, tracked against your live flight number, and covered by a chauffeur who is standing by before wheels touch the tarmac.
O'Hare moved more than 80 million passengers last year across four active terminals, and Midway handles roughly 22 million on a footprint a quarter of the size. Neither is a place to gamble on a rideshare queue at 5:40 in the morning. We know which door to meet you at in Terminal 3, why an international arrival at Terminal 5 needs a wait-time buffer, and how the Kennedy behaves at 4:30 on a Thursday.
What Is Included
No add-on menu, no fuel surcharge, no airport fee line item invented after the fact. The number you are quoted is the number on the receipt.
We monitor your tail number from departure. If you land 40 minutes early or three hours late, your chauffeur adjusts without a phone call from you.
Your chauffeur can wait inside baggage claim with a name board at any O'Hare or Midway terminal, then walk you and your luggage to the curb.
Sixty minutes of complimentary wait on international arrivals and thirty on domestic, measured from actual touchdown, not scheduled arrival.
Your rate is fixed when you book. Snowstorm on the Kennedy, Cubs day game, Lollapalooza weekend: the fare does not move.
Chauffeurs load and unload every bag. Our SUVs seat six or seven and still take a full set of checked luggage without anybody hugging a suitcase.
Forward-facing, rear-facing and booster seats available when you note it at booking. Tell us ages and we will have them installed before pickup.
How It Works
Most Chicago airport transfers are confirmed in under ten minutes.
Book online or call. Give us the airline, flight number, terminal and passenger count. That is all we need to build the reservation.
Dispatch watches your flight from pushback. Early, late or diverted, the pickup time recalculates automatically and the chauffeur is redeployed.
You receive the chauffeur's name, vehicle and plate before you board. On landing, they text the exact door number or meet you at baggage claim.
Bags loaded, water in the console, expressway chosen live. One flat charge on the card you have on file. No tolls, no fuel line, no surprises.
Chicago River · RiverwalkTerminals, Not Guesswork
O'Hare's rideshare pickup lives at the Multi-Modal Facility, which is a ten to fifteen minute walk plus an Airport Transit System ride from baggage claim. Private chauffeur service does not use it. Your car is at the terminal curb, or your chauffeur is standing at the carousel.
Terminal 5 handles most international arrivals, and customs can run anywhere from thirty to ninety minutes depending on the flight and the hour. Flight tracking alone does not solve that, so our chauffeurs wait for the full clearance window, not the scheduled gate time.
Midway is smaller, faster and mostly Southwest. Baggage claim empties in minutes and the curb is a few steps away. That efficiency is exactly why so many south and southwest suburban travelers fly out of MDW even when the fare is a little higher.
The Fleet
Six chauffeured vehicles, all black, all late-model, all quoted flat to and from every Chicago airport.

The default choice for Chicago executive travel. Commanding presence, a cabin quiet enough for a call on the Kennedy, and enough room for six with luggage.

Understated and lounge-smooth. Reclining second-row captain's chairs make it the quiet favorite for long Loop-to-suburb runs.

Extended wheelbase, real third-row legroom and the deepest cargo hold in the SUV tier. Built for airport runs where nobody holds a bag on their lap.

The value pick. Same seven seats, same chauffeur, same flat rate, a little less badge. Popular with families flying out of Midway.

Stand-up cabin, executive seating and luggage racks. One vehicle instead of three for board offsites, wedding parties and convention groups.

The occasion car. Wraparound leather, fiber-optic lighting and a bar console for weddings, prom and Chicago nights that deserve an entrance.
Starting prices in USD before taxes and gratuity. Your final flat rate depends on route, date, hours and vehicle. Each vehicle is shown with and without a professional chauffeur.

Why Not Just Take a Rideshare
Rideshare surge multipliers at O'Hare spike hardest exactly when you need a car most: winter storms, convention week, Sunday evening arrivals. A flat-rate chauffeur is priced once, assigned to a named driver, and dispatched before your plane lands.
Chicago Airport Ground Truth
Different airports, different playbooks. Here is how each Chicago transfer actually runs.
Four active terminals, T1 through T3 domestic and T5 international. Curbside pickup at every terminal. The Global Terminal that replaces T2 is still under construction, so signage moves. ORD chauffeur service.
Twelve miles southwest of the Loop in Clearing and Garfield Ridge. Southwest's largest base. One terminal, three concourses, fast curb. Midway chauffeur service.
Wheeling, eighteen miles northwest. Fourth busiest field in Illinois with over 77,000 operations a year. Private aviation only, FBO ramp pickup. PWK car service.
West Chicago, about thirty miles west, and the natural field for Naperville, Wheaton and the Oak Brook corridor. Customs runs weekdays only. DPA car service.
Convention groups land at ORD or MDW and need a coordinated arrival window at 2301 S Martin Luther King Drive. Sprinter vans keep a delegation together.
Naperville, Oak Brook, Schaumburg, Hinsdale and Lake Forest all price by distance to the airport rather than by meter. Same flat-rate logic.
Why Chicago Books Us
Six reasons executives, families and crews stop rolling the dice on the queue.
We build in traffic buffers based on the actual hour and the actual expressway. Departures leave early enough that the Eisenhower is a variable, not a crisis.
Dispatch is staffed around the clock. If your flight diverts to Milwaukee at midnight, you call one number and a person picks up.
Illinois-licensed and commercially insured, which is a different category of coverage than a personal auto policy with a rideshare rider.
One flat charge, one receipt, corporate accounts with monthly consolidated billing for firms running dozens of airport runs a month.
Snow tires, block heaters and chauffeurs who have driven the Edens in a whiteout. February in Chicago is a scheduled event, not a surprise.
Bottled water, phone charging, climate you control and a quiet enough cabin to take a call between O'Hare and the Loop.
Common Questions
Everything travelers ask before booking a flat-rate transfer to O'Hare or Midway.
Chicago airport chauffeur service starts at $90 for a Ford Expedition and $95 for a Cadillac Escalade or Lincoln Navigator on a downtown to O'Hare or Midway transfer. Chicago Executive Airport starts at $125 and DuPage Airport at $135. A fourteen-passenger Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van starts at $165. Every price is a flat rate quoted before you ride, with taxes and gratuity added at booking and no fuel, toll or airport surcharges layered on afterward.
Yes, on every airport reservation. Give us the airline and flight number and dispatch monitors the aircraft from pushback at your origin airport. If you land ninety minutes late, your chauffeur is redeployed and arrives to match the new touchdown time. If you land early, the car is already there. You do not need to call, text or update anything. Wait time is measured from actual wheels-down, not from the scheduled arrival printed on your ticket.
By default your chauffeur meets you curbside at the arrivals level of your terminal and texts you the exact door number once you land. If you prefer meet and greet, the chauffeur parks and waits inside baggage claim holding a name board, then carries your luggage out. Meet and greet is worth booking for Terminal 5 international arrivals, where customs clearance can take thirty to ninety minutes and the walk to the rideshare facility is long.
Midway is closer to the Loop at roughly twelve miles and its single terminal means the curb is a short walk from baggage claim, so transfers are quicker end to end. O'Hare is about eighteen miles out, has four active terminals and far more international service, so it needs a little more planning. Our flat rate is the same $95 starting point from downtown to either one, so choose the airport by flight schedule, not by ground transportation cost.
Twenty-four hours is comfortable for a standard SUV transfer and gives us room to assign the chauffeur you would want. During Chicago's peak weeks, which include the Auto Show in February, IMTS in September, the Chicago Marathon in October and RSNA in November, book several days out. Same-day and overnight requests are frequently accommodated because dispatch runs twenty-four hours, but availability on Sprinter vans and stretch limousines tightens fastest.
Yes. We meet private aviation clients on the ramp or in the lobby at the FBOs serving Chicago Executive Airport in Wheeling and DuPage Airport in West Chicago, as well as Signature and Atlantic Aviation at Midway. Give us the FBO name and tail number rather than a flight number and dispatch coordinates arrival directly with the line staff, so the vehicle is positioned as the aircraft comes off the runway.
Yes, at no additional charge when requested at booking. Tell us the number of children and their ages and weights, and we will install rear-facing, forward-facing or booster seats before the vehicle leaves for pickup. Because seats have to be fitted in advance, a same-hour request may not be possible. Illinois law requires appropriate restraint for children under eight, and our chauffeurs will not begin a trip without one properly secured.
Call the number on your confirmation and we will either release the reservation with no charge or rebook it against your new flight, whichever you prefer. Because dispatch tracks the aircraft, we usually know your flight was cancelled before you have finished the rebooking line at the gate. There is no penalty for a cancellation caused by the airline or by weather, and rescheduling to a different day or airport is treated as a modification, not a new booking.
Chicago is one of the very few American cities where the airport question is genuinely two questions. O'Hare International sits eighteen miles northwest of the Loop and is one of the ten busiest airports on earth, currently running the largest terminal rebuild in its history under the ORDNext program. Midway International sits twelve miles southwest, is Southwest Airlines' largest base, and moves a fifth of the passengers on a fraction of the land.
The two airports pull traffic through completely different expressways. O'Hare feeds off the Kennedy, which backs up inbound in the morning and outbound in the late afternoon. Midway feeds off the Stevenson and the Cicero Avenue corridor, which is unpredictable in a different way. A chauffeur who drives Chicago daily reads these differently at 6 AM than at 6 PM, and builds departure times accordingly. That local reading is most of what you are buying.
O'Hare 21 and its ORDNext phase are actively reshaping the airport core. Terminal 5's expansion is complete and added roughly a quarter more gate capacity. Concourse D, the first major new concourse in over thirty years, is under construction. The Global Terminal that will eventually replace Terminal 2 has slipped well past its original date and is now a 2030s project.
Practically, that means signage, curb geometry and construction detours around the terminal core change more often than they used to. Rideshare passengers are routed to the Multi-Modal Facility, reached by the Airport Transit System, adding ten to fifteen minutes on each end. Private chauffeur pickups stay at the terminal curb or inside baggage claim. On a red-eye with checked bags, that difference is the whole trip.
Curbside works well for domestic arrivals with carry-on only. Your chauffeur circles or stages nearby, you text when you have cleared the concourse, and the car pulls up to a door number. It is fast and it is the default on every reservation we take.
Meet and greet is the better choice in three cases: international arrivals at O'Hare Terminal 5 where customs timing is unknowable, travelers with mobility needs or several checked bags, and anybody arriving into an unfamiliar terminal at an unfamiliar hour. Your chauffeur waits inside baggage claim with a name board, takes the luggage, and walks you out. For an executive on a roadshow or a family with three suitcases and a stroller, it removes the only genuinely stressful part of landing.
Chicago runs a convention and festival calendar that reliably drains the black car supply. The Chicago Auto Show fills McCormick Place across February. Windy City Smokeout and Taste of Chicago land back to back in early July, with Lollapalooza taking Grant Park from July 30 through August 2. IMTS returns to McCormick Place in September, the Bank of America Chicago Marathon fills every downtown hotel in October, and RSNA closes the year in November.
Across those weeks, O'Hare and Midway both run heavy, hotels sell out, and rideshare surge pricing does what it always does. Our rates do not change during any of them, which is precisely the point of a flat rate, but vehicle availability does. If you are flying into Chicago on a convention week, reserve the car when you book the hotel.
